This circuit is designed and simulated in proteus 7.10. This is a very simple and useful circuit to convert analog voltage into digital voltage. 1. One IC TC7107 (ICL7107) does two function, one is analog to digital voltage conversion and second is display digital value directly to 7 segment. 2. TC7107 needs few resistors and few capacitors to perform its functionality. 3. TC7107 display 3 and a half digit, therefore the display range is limited to 199.9. 4. Also the voltage measuring range is 0V to 199.9V with 0.1V resolution. 5. The calibration of display can be done by varying potentiometer RV1. 6. The input voltage is 200VDC but a potentiometer RV2 is connected to check the whole range of input voltage. 7. The input voltage is divided by R1 (1M ohm) and R6 (1k ohm). Application: 1. This circuit can be used as digital volt meter. 2. This circuit can also be used analog to digital converter. 3. This circuit can also be used to monitor feedback voltages.
