The truth table for this H-bridge circuit is also attached for understanding. 3. The PMOS switch is used for upper side. 4. The NMOS switch is used at lower side. 5. This configuration is selected because NMOS is easy to drive at lower side and PMOS is easy to drive at high side. 6. Otherwise bootstrap circuit or extra power supplies will be needed. 7.
